Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, Minister of Ecology, Sustainable development, Transport and Housing will open the National Conference on Natural Risks in the presence of Mrs. Madame Margareta Wahlstrom, Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations for disaster risk reduction.
